Role Description
We’re seeking a highly technical AI Engineer Intern to join our team at Lotus AI Labs. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about cutting-edge AI technologies, keen interest in learning and experiment with new methodologies, and loves tackling challenging technical problems. You’ll be at the forefront of developing AI solutions that solve real business challenges while working alongside experienced AI professionals. The role is fully remote, but expect very close collaboration with the business side.
Responsibilities
– Design and implement ML/LLM models tailored to specific business requirements
– Implement advanced RAG systems, fine-tune LLMs, and implement the latest research papers
– Prototyping & Validation: Build simple demos to showcase agent capabilities
– Deployment: Aid in deploying and integrating LLMs into practical applications
– Execute pilot projects and build technical prototypes demonstrating AI capabilities
– Experiment with cutting-edge techniques (RLHF, Stable Diffusion, etc.)
Qualifications
– Final Year student (or recent graduates) ideally with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Statistics or related field
– Strong programming skills in Python
– Basic knowledge of Git for version control and collaborative coding environment.
– Hunger to learn and perform to highest standards
– Strong ownership and drive to deliver results
Good to Have
– Contributions to open-source projects (AI or otherwise)
– Basic understanding of Neural Networks, Transformers, NLP
– Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
– Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks

We’re looking for a GenAI Product Manager Intern to join our team. We’re looking for someone passionate about AI who is hands-on, pragmatic, and keen to experiment with new ideas and methodologies. You’ll be at the forefront of delivering tangible value through AI solving real business challenges problems. Bridging the gap between technical AI capabilities and business value, you will relentlessly chases excellence and demonstrate impact.
Location: Remote or On-site
Responsibilities
– Co-own AI product roadmap. Interact with users to understand their needs translating it into product releases and features.
– Own delivery excellence by build evals, tests, & benchmarks for measuring performance
– Create and curate training datasets, including synthetic data
– LLM Development & Training: Assist in developing, training, and refining large language models for diverse applications
– Excellence through relentless focus optimize through prompt engineering, ETL orchestration, agents & tooluse
– Develop case studies, demos, and sales materials to showcase capabilities
– Research and evaluate AI new technologies to support business decisions
– Performance Monitoring: Track, evaluate, and document model performance using various metrics and tools
Requirements
– Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field
– Basic-to- medium Python programming skills
– Passion for excellence and delivering impact
– Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering (personal projects qualify)
– Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
– Passion for AI applications and product development
Good to Have
– Familiarity with cloud, web technologies and API integration
– Basic Understanding of enterprise systems (ERPs, CRMs)
– Understanding of business use cases for AI technologies
– Experience creating case studies or marketing materials
– Previous internship or project experience in AI/ML fields
