Pricing

We don't charge commission on recoveries Amazon would have made anyway.

We only charge a commission on the incremental recoveries we make for you — never on shortages Amazon auto-corrects on its own.

Pricing model

Custom pricing, set to your recovery potential.

We don't quote one rate off a shelf. Pricing scales with the quality and volume of your deductions. We customize your commission % during your free audit, after we've fully assessed your deductions.

Don't get sold on a lower commission rate. Ask what they charge it on.

A lower commission % on total recovery — one that counts Amazon's free auto-correct — can cost you far more than a higher % charged on incremental recoveries only.

How this is calculated

All figures normalized to your Amazon revenue. Defaults are conservative — adjust to match your own observed numbers.

Initial shortage rate (6.6% default)
Industry observation across Vendor Central brands we've worked with. Adjust to your own observed rate.
SCR auto-correct (≈50% of initial shortage)
Amazon's automatic Shortage Claim Recovery resolves about half of filed claims without dispute — 61%–72% across our own client set. Set "Final shortage rate" to match your own.
Recovery service's actual recovery on the rest (20% default)
Upper end of the 10–20% range we've observed in recovery-service performance data on genuinely disputed claims.
PACMAN's recovery on the rest (70%)
Based on pilot data and six years inside Amazon's compliance machinery. Validated against your numbers during the free audit.
Fee math
Service's fee = commission × (filed-SCR + real recovery). PACMAN's fee = commission × real recovery only. Margin = real recovery − fee, divided by revenue.

No confidential Amazon documents cited. Source chain: public competitor marketing → industry observation → pilot data → founder expertise.

You pay nothing until we recover · no platform fee.

Preventive shortage management

RVD: Amazon's early dispute program — handled.

Amazon flags suspected shortages 10 days after delivery and invites proof within 30 days — currently live for UK and French suppliers. Resolving early means payment on your normal terms, not 8–16 weeks into the dispute cycle.

We respond immediately with targeted proof. Because the initial shortage amount overstates what remains after Smart Match runs, we charge a much reduced, RVD-specific fee. Talk to us.
